FAQ

I paid for the subscription — now what?

Thanks for joining the adventure!

Your subscription includes two issues per year: one arriving in the Fall (October/November) and the other in the Spring (April/May). Watch your mailbox—something timeless is on its way.

What do I get with my subscription?

With your yearly subscription fee of $65, you’ll receive two print issues of Gutenberg’s Echo: one in the Fall (September–December) and another in the Spring (February–May). Sometimes the issue arrives early in the season, sometimes later; we take our time crafting something worth the wait. We put a lot of care and pride into each issue.

Do you auto-renew?

No, we do not auto-renew. About a year after you subscribe, we’ll send you a friendly reminder when it’s time to renew.

Do I get a refund?

Sorry, we don’t offer refunds. We’re a small business, and we understand wanting your money’s worth. But trust us—you’ll enjoy what you get.

Do your contributors get paid?

Absolutely. Writers and artists deserve to make a living, and we’re proud to offer fair compensation for every published piece.

What if I move or need to change my address?

No problem. Just email us at hello@gutenbergsecho.com with your name, current address, and your new shipping address. We’ll confirm once the change is made.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes! Just provide the recipient’s name and the address you'd like it shipped to when checking out. We’ll take care of the rest.
